Our History

Julie Wright Realty Group started in the 1970s, when Julie's family began selling rural land in what was then a quiet stretch of farmland north of Raleigh. The first office was, quite literally, a converted playhouse. From those modest beginnings the firm grew alongside the Triangle itself.

Today the team works with buyers and sellers across Wake, Granville, Franklin, Johnston, Harnett, Durham, and the surrounding counties. We handle everything from first-time-buyer townhomes to working farms, multi-acre estate sales, new-construction subdivisions, and the kind of complex land transactions that require deep knowledge of zoning, surveys, easements, and tax implications.

What hasn't changed is our approach: we educate our clients. The single most reliable way to help someone make a great real estate decision is to make sure they understand the decision they're making. That means real conversations about pricing, market timing, property condition, financing, and what life will actually look like in a given neighborhood.
