Jeff Hunter

Jeff Hunter grew up in Chapel Hill, inspired by his entrepreneurial farmer grandfather. As a teenager, he worked on the family farm, learning the values of hard work and perseverance. A graduate of NC State, Jeff has over 40 years of diverse business experience, including developing Colvard Farms, a residential community near Jordan Lake. In 2019, he partnered with the Julie Wright Realty Group for successful sales in the Durham County section of the subdivision, leveraging his expertise in project management and contract negotiations. He became a licensed NC real estate broker in 2021 to better serve clients. Recognized as CFO of the Year by the Triangle Business Journal in 2013, Jeff also served on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Biotechnology Center. He is active in his community through New Hope Church and enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and three sons. Jeff is eager to assist you with your land and real estate needs.
